Images need to be made at a minimum of 150 dpi at 12” by 16”. Artwork may be scaled down for smaller sweater sizes.

Full colour prints on sweatshirts are done using a direct-to-garment (DTG) printer. This 3 step process ensures a consistent and vibrant print on any colour top. To print DTG, sweatshirts are mounted on a platten and placed in the printer bed for pretreatment. After pre-treatment, for dark tops, the printer lays down a layer of white underneath where your image will print. This white underbase is flash dried and then we print your design in full colour on top. The print is heat set to endure wash and wearing.
You’re only as good as your tech! The Kornit Avalanche HD6 is the cutting edge in DTG technology. With a 6 colour system (CMYK plus green and red) we can achieve a vastly wider colour range than standard CMYK printers. By recirculating ink and utilizing advanced HD software to balance drop size and maximize ink coverage, we avoid ink waste and literally use every drop! We believe even a sweatshirt is worthy of perfection and our DTG print process is fine-tuned to make perfect prints on-demand.
Vinyl prints on sweatshirts are even better than a DTG print for solid colour lettering and uncomplicated images. Vinyl is a film that is cut with a precision blade then transferred to the top. Since no ink is used, the vinyl has the advantage of being perfectly even. Along with a wide range of basic colours, we also offer specialty vinyls in metallics, camouflage, and glitter! Our vinyl is heat-applied with pressure so that your print will never crack or peel. Your vinyl print will probably outlast your sweatshirt! It’s that durable.
